For the next 87 days, I'm going to put my blood, sweat,& tears into my fitness goals. I don't think I've ever been this determined to get back into shape. I plan to do it right, no quick-fix diets & gimmicks. Instead, I'm going to EAT CLEAN & WORKOUT every day. I'm sure there will be days when I want to give up and give into temptation. I will have to persevere & do what it takes to stay on the path to success.
