The Workout Plan

I will be working out every day!  I've decided to incorporate cycling classes, tai chi/pilates/yoga classes, and weight training.  Here's my schedule as of October 9, 2011.

Monday: Upper Body Workout at home
Tuesday: RPM 5:30 p.m; CXWORX 7:00 p.m. at Tampa Palms
Wednesday: Upper Body Workout at home
Thursday: CXWORX 5:00 p.m.; RPM 5:30 p.m.Lutz
Friday: Upper Body Workout at home
Saturday: Body Flow 8:15 a.m.; RPM 9:15 a.m., CXWORX 11:15 a.m. at Lutz
Sunday: CXWORX 9:00 a.m.; Body Flow 9:30 a.m. or RPM 9:30 a.m. Lutz

**also, at Citrus Park...great classes (Body Flow, CXWORX, RPM) on both Saturday and Sunday!
